Process
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum processes and roles
Skills
- Write readable, maintainable and scalable code
- Know OO design and patterns
- Design optimized database schema
- Self-learning and self-motivated
- Good and clear communication skills - both verbal and written
- Should be able to handle client communication
- Should be able to lead a team/project
