Zipdo's parent company wanted to build a SaaS tool for solving their internal problem as well as launch it as a public tool for others to pay and use.

The challenge was building an MVP that could be tested in the market as quickly as possibly so that they could receive feedback on it. The challenge was collaborating with another vendor and coming up with right set of technical solutions while keeping the costs low.

We helped develop a multi-tenant solution in two months that could be used within their internal organization to gather feedback. The product went through multiple iterations so that the right value could be created for the customers.
