We measure our success differently. It is not our revenues nor our profits. Instead we measure in terms of success metrics enabled for our customers. Your success is our success.

We don't measure our success with our profits. We measure our success with how our customers are doing. These are some of the criterias we use for our projects to measure success:

If it is a B2C system, we measure how the end users are using the system and how they are finding the value. We measure this using NPS as a metric.
